If you’re wanting to find healing from traumatic life experiences, we can use EMDR and/or Flash techniques to resolve trauma symptoms and shift toward healing and wellbeing.

We are often hurt in relationships, but relationships are also a tremendous source of healing, so it may help to map out areas of connection and disconnection in your life.

We might explore your core values, use mindfulness, and make shifts with the goal of increasing psychological flexibility. Many people find this helpful for chronic worry, stress, anxiety and depression.

Land Acknowledgement
We wish to recognize and honour that Fertile Ground Psychology is situated on the traditional, ancestral lands of the Indigenous peoples of the Treaty 7 region of Southern Alberta. The Blackfoot name for this place is Moh’kinstsis, also known as the City of Calgary. This includes the Niitsitapi (comprising the Siksika, Piikani, and Kainai Nations), the Tsuut’ina Nation, and the Îyârhe Nakoda (encompassing the Chiniki, Bearspaw, and Goodstoney Nations). This is also the homeland of the Otipemisiwak Métis Nation of Alberta, Districts 4, 5 and 6.
